Precast concrete panels are engineered to withstand high winds, hurricanes and earthquakes. Integrated floors, walls and roof produce the strongest structure possible. Reinforced precast concrete will outlast any conventional construction.

This unique design allows for finished houses to be produced, erected and completed within two days. Fast erection allows the shell to be enclosed quickly in all seasons ensuring no delays due to bad weather conditions. Individual unit costs can be substantially lowered by the ease of production using simple precast forms and the speed of assembly on site.

Environmentally Friendly to Local Conditions

The availability and use of local labour and raw materials adds to the appeal of precast concrete homes. The construction involves a limited number of trades and basic local raw materials. 95% of the house is premanufactured precast concrete, only a concrete foundation is required before erection and electrical, plumbing, windows and doors after.

Finishes

Exterior finishes vary from basic concrete, painted surfaces or simulated brick design. Interior finishes can also be kept simple by painting. Additional finishes can be added at a later date.
